Assignment Reflection/ Tools (Final Copy)

Today I am fixing up my blog and uploading all the things that I forgot to when I did them. So first I am going to upload the tools/ photos I used for my assignment.
First I just took a photo of me.
Then I did the backgrounds. I had half a beach/ summer background and half a snowy/ winter background.
For my skin I used brown sand with shells on it for the summer/ beach side. And then for the Cold Winter side I used blue snowflakes.
For the backgrounds I made them meet in the middle and then split down my face. Then I lined up the two different skin patterns to be in line with the backgrounds and where they cut. Then for the skin I turned down the opacity and rubbed it out on my shirt, eyes and eyebrows.

Assignment Work

Today I have done the photo from the planning I did last lesson. I am quite happy with it, however I am still deciding whether to keep it for the final copy or just be a practice one. Here is the final copy;

Assignment Work Reflection

Today we started doing our assignment. I have decided to do a picture of me with 2 different seasons. I chose summer and winter. I have split it down the middle and made one half summer background with beach sand as my skin and all warm colours with blue tinted eyes. For the other half, which is the winter side I have an icy, snowy background and snowflake pattern skin with cold colours.
Last lesson was just some last minute revision and planning what we were going to do.
I plan to post a progress photo next lesson.

Liquify & Overlay Celebrity Experiment

Today I tried something new. I used the same picture of Hermoine that I had already edited a few lessons ago where I made her lips bigger. But today I added on the change of her eye colour and blending a snake skin pattern to be her skin. This is what we learnt last lesson, here is the end result;

Cheetah Sloth (Animal Morphing)

This is my work from last lesson, we had to choose two animals and mix them together, I chose a cheetah and a sloth. I need to fix blending the edges together a bit more and maybe have made the head a bit smaller, but other then that I am happy with my work.
